Well said @gondar1 - a lot to learn from @Jussik. Not only is she a competitor, but probably lb per lb, one of the stronger members around. Never once did I read a rude, or non helpful comment. @Jussik - if this is derailing your thread - apologies, but take this as a compliment from many long term members.

I haven't updated the log in a while because nothing was changing. My weight was increasing a bit too fast to my liking with my old diet so we decreased slightly my diet. I was 170 lbs on these pictures.

The new diet is ;
Training day - 3175 cal (202 P, 506 C, 41 F)
Off day - 2859 cal (201 P, 406 C, 48 F)

This week with the new diet, I am maintaining around 169 lbs.

171 lbs on here.
No changes to food, training and cardio.
We're upping the primo E to 15mg per day. Gym performance has stalled/slightly decreased so hopefully that gets things rolling again for the remaining of the cycle.

Pretty much 169-170 lbs.
Only changed my training plan this week. We're putting an emphasis on shoulders for now.

My training split looks like ;
Push (shoulder/tri/abs)
Pull (back/rear delts/bis)
Legs (with glutes and calves as well)
Off
Push 2 (shoulder/tri/abs)
Pull 2 (back/rear delts/bis)
Shoulder/hamstring (with some glutes/calves as well)
Off
