Someone on here mentioned the ninja creami awhile ago.. I was given one as a gift.. Honestly, its pretty freaking good lol..

It's basically a heavy duty blender whose blade plunges down from the top in a controlled manner to turn frozen shit into ice cream..

I've made carnivore ice cream and ice cream out of cottage cheese many times at home, but without a creami, I was just chopping it into chunks, not making it into ice cream.

So far I've
-made ice cream from cottage cheese and vanilla.. no sugar or carbs.. Its pretty good.. I have to label my ice cream because I ate a pint of real full sugar ice cream not realzing it wasn't the cottage cheese ice cream... I've tried adding stuff like peppermint exxtract, rootbeer extract, blueberries etc.. haven't had any come out tasting anythign less than amazing.

- carnivore ice cream-> 35% cream with a couple egg yoks and vanilla.... Really good.. very high fat, but no carbs

- real vanilla ice cream with real 35% cream, sugar, vanilla etc.. Unreal... better than most ice cream I've ever had.. IF you mix it onces, its your traditional ice cream.. if you mix it twice, its soft serve ice cream.. I've tried adding stuff like oero's, blueberry's, fruit, carmel extract etc.. and everytime its amazing.

- I made serbert.. basically throw in fruit/berries and top up with juice.. let it freeze solid and then thorw it in the creami.. its like berry/fruit ice cream.. I made pineapple grape serbert for my kids.. They said it was better than real ice cream..

I highly recommend one.. They are great for making a treat, but also great for making cottage cheese or carnivore ice cream so you can get high protien and no carb meals in.

I Think the only downfall of them is that when you make a pint, you can't just throw it in the freezer and open it up when you want some.. Each time it refreezes you pretty much have to run it through the machine again because it freezes solid and can not scoop it.

Got the swirl.

Recipe:

1/3 cup Almond milk
2/3 cup Fairlife
15g Sf pudding
10g monk fruit.

Honestly game changing, this plus the Ret/Tirz I use makes my cut a breeze.

I can't stop eating cottage cheese ice cream.

About 1.5 cups of 2% cottage cheese
teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protien powder.

Mix it 2 times under ice cream setting..

Lots of calories, but my new favorite is

1 cup 18% cream
1 scoop vanilla whey
3-4 egg yoks.
pinch of salt.

Freeze it and then blend it until its smooth.. tastes like super creamy old fashioned vanilla ice cream.
