I just wanted to write this article to help members to understand on what I have, I am not looking for sympathy but just give you knowledge. I am hoping that it can inspire members and help them to realize how bones and taking care of them is very important. I am using myself as an example and at the end of the article there will be picture of myself & online pictures of the back where are the bones are eating up my muscle tissue. That can happen with your wrist or ankle or any area of your body so is very important to take care of your while body.
Here is my MRI.

Agree with @Goldenrod.
It's inspiring what you continue to accomplish with those challenges, and maintain such a positive attitude.
In my 30s I was diagnosed with a kinda similar but opposite problem in my spine. Too much bone, wanting to fuse together.
It makes working out impossible sometimes, and no one ever accused me of having a sunny disposition! Lol
