Matrix Laboratories Reviews

First Matrix order came stupid fast! I wanted my test suspension waiting for me when I arrived back home and it will be. I want to run a “sort of” log detailing how it treats me. I plan on running it Monday to Saturday with a morning poke (I work out in the am). Not necessarily 100% pre workout, but close enough.
 
Made another order with Matrix, 3rd time ordering with rep.

Communication 10/10 was super easy and responded fast every time. Always helpful and friendly.

Shipping 10/10 from first email sent on Saturday, to at my door Thursday.

Presentation 11/10 and he always throws in some little extras. Its amazing to see a company that puts this kind of love into his presentation. I know it's what's inside that matters but the packaging is so beautiful, almost feel bad opening them.

Products 10/10 I have really enjoyed using his products this year. Everything has been pretty much pip free and flows nicely. Have had some great results using Matrix, very lucky to have access to a lab of this quality.

Decided to give his Jetfuel blend a go, excited to finally try it. Thinking about doing a Jetfuel only cycle starting this month. Thoughts???

All that being said, I’ll start off by saying this is not a review of any kind of a ‘comparative-analysis’, as im still less than a year into my PED journey and learning SO much all the time. What this IS, however, is a review from the perspective of a relatively green guy for other green guys.

The communication and support from Matrix has been nothing short of some of the best customer service and support I’ve seen from a company that does ANYTHING. Non judgemental to what at times felt like silly amateur questions, great advice and support, and major appreciation for my trust in choosing to work with this company. As many others have said, the packaging communicated immediately that you’re dealing with professionals who know what they’re doing and take pride in their craft. You don’t need to be anyone other than someone with a set of eyeballs and a brain in your head to realize that.
As far as the products themselves go, both my wife and I have only two other labs to compare to, but the difference in feel / effects / performance / PIP, has been substantially better with Matrix products, and that’s saying something I believe when even amateurs like us can tell…..
Again, very much feel supported and like there’s a relationship that MATTERS to these guys right from the word go.
Once my 12 year old teaches me how to make my picture files smaller on my iPhone I’ll upload the ‘mini-stash’ of goodies I’ve been accumulating in my 3-4 orders from Matrix thus far. At this point, it’s going to be hard to find a reason to consider anyone else to supply us with our gear.

Placed my first order through Matrix, I think from the time I ordered till it arrived was like 36 hours, haven’t tried anything yet but the service and fast shipping times was good for me, will use again
 
Have now placed several orders with Matrix, each leaving me more pleased than the last. The rep is fast in responding, helpful and receiving a tracking number to having the package in hand is warp speed.

As far as the quality of the products go everything I have used has been top tier. Little to no PIP and great looking packaging.

Don’t hesitate to use Matrix.
