Most doctors here are not doing in person appointments even for other doctors. I know a doctor who did great things helping children and he gets treated way worse than just lady of the same retired age. I think I found a decent doctor now though so we shall see.
 
So my blood pressure on cycle is 126 over 79 and my heart rate is 89 :\

That's on supplements and also being tired.
