No, not unless they check your IGF which I don't know any that do unless they are considering offering you HGH.
In all the 6-12 months runs of HGH, it has never impacted my test, free test, or estrogen numbers. As long as you are getting legit HGH, you shouldn't see much of a difference, if it was HCG - you could see your numbers change and in no way am I saying any generic brands are doing that but I have heard people who were convinced their generic HGH was not GH.
