HGH help for a 1st time user

Cool, that’s the one I had in mind too after doing some research. Under $100 with 100 strips that not too bad !
CGMs are also an option but a little more complicated from what ive gathered. I have yet to try them myself. They're on the expensive end but if you have insurance, you might be able to cover it through that. That being said you'll need a doc's requisition to claim it, which there are options available to easily obtain.

Which glucose meter are you guys using?

I’m currently using 2 IU per day, which I’m not really concerned about, but I love having new data.

I’d like to see how my body reacts to this dose and to certain foods

Contour next one in general has the best ratings for accuracy from my research. You can just buy the strips and they give you the meter for free.

  • HGH is the best substance ever
  • HGH sucks and ain't worth it.
  • HGH is great for joints and tendons
  • HGH gives you painful carpal-tunnel syndrome.
  • HGH is an anti-aging fountain of youth
  • HGH will give you acromegaly and you'll look like Andre the Giant.
I'm considering adding low-dose HGH to my current TRT protocol, but I'm so confused by all the mixed messaging out there. My goal isn't necessarily lean tissue and fat burning (although that'd be nice), my main reason would be recovery and longevity, as I'm a bit of an old-timer now and the joints are getting rough.

I'm thinking of starting at 1iu per day and going up as high as 4iu if beneficial. I'd probably start with 6 months, but maybe run indefinitely if it goes well.

  • HGH is the best substance ever. Not really
  • HGH sucks and ain't worth it. pharma is hands down better than UGL stuff
  • HGH is great for joints and tendons True, but don’t expect miracles
  • HGH gives you painful carpal-tunnel syndrome. Only got that at higher doses
  • HGH is an anti-aging fountain of youth Not sure of that one
  • HGH will give you acromegaly and you'll look like Andre the Giant. Use too much for too long and get plumboism.

If you are going for health 1-2iu a day, maximal growth then more with insulin.

    Yep, but don’t expect miracles

At higher doses it could happen.

    Don’t know about that

If you use too much for too long

My recommendation would be to just skip going through the process of tapering up. 4iu per is fairly benign for the large majority. If you do encounter issues by jumping right up to that, just pull it out for a few days and they should subside quite quickly. In that case, it would be appropriate to taper up. Otherwise imo you’re just kinda wasting GH if you ultimately plan to reach “x” dose. Odds are you won’t really notice anything quantifiable in the the short term when comparing 2 v 4 iu

Do any of these guys on gh look youthful to you? They all look old as fuck and the more shredded they look, the older more wrinkly they look to me lol. Ending up looking like super lean old as fuck, wrinkle skin looking ninja turtles.
Guys on 1-2 iu of gh say they have better hair and nails, lol, who gives a fuck about hair and nails? If your a female, then maybe. Your skin is not better, its shrivled af, dont play around.

Youd probably do better with 100 deca per week added to your trt for your joints. My opinion only. Probably gonna ruffle some feathers here.

Try it and weigh the pros and cons for yourself.

Harsh truth lol. Long term exposure to GH will slowly transform your facial structure and make you look like a Neanderthal. Speaking from experience

be careful chasing a lower BGL for optimization. I’ve seen non-diabetics pass out from readings of 3.4, without using exogenous insulin.

This right here is reason enough for me to stay away from it then lol. I am planning to add npp for a little blast this winter, maybe switch to deca if I tolerate it well.
