That shit was crazy, compared to how strong I was hours before taking it, I had like super human strength.
 
Nothing new here really, as usual what's on the label is often not, or something else.....
There's been these types of studies before, but this one focuses on some popular new compounds, and while it is a US study, I'm not sure we have reason to believe any homegrown supplements would fare much better:
