Hairloss/thinning first time

So yeah this is a bummer, I've ran numerous cycles over the past 10 years and never had hair loss/thinning.

I have long hair, and comb it daily and only recently I noticed a good handful of thin hair being stuck to the comb after I'm done combing and I just keep looking at the mirror like I'm doomed

Would finasteride help at this point?

I can literally feel pressure on the top of my head lol like a sensation

Definitely due to the AAS and cycle imo

What are your hair genetics?

Both my father's side (UK) and mother's side (Cree) do not have any MPB.

I have been on some cycles that made my hair shed a lot but I used Nizoral and Nioxin to combat this. I have no experience with finsteride.

Nizoral 2x a week

Nioxin shampoo 2x a week

Nioxin conditioner 1x a week after Nioxin shampoo

You can try micro needling before minoxidil after showering daily to try to regrow. You will shed more initially

You can also try RU58841 every day after showering

Lay off the DHT compounds and make sure you have enough estrogen

It depends on what steroids you are using. Propecia / dutasteride will help with testosterone but won't do much with many of the other compounds regardless if they are a derivative of testosterone.
Nizoral shampoo may help to a minor degree.
Propecia is great for test but can have the opposite effect with Deca/NPP albeit I never found this.
Derma rolling may help but I would not do it daily. Most hair companies recommend once every week to two weeks. I suspect it depends how many times you roll it back and forth and the length of the little needles but there are hair loss forums and people swear once a day is fine. I do it once a week max.
RU5881 may provide some protection against drugs propecia can't - RU was developed for prostate cancer but never made it to the market because it did not help and all it did was grow hair hence if anything but Test - RU5881 would be my go to.
I don't like minoxidil based on my reading for a multitude of reasons. It does work, apparently on parts of the head but is not known for helping the front which is often where you see the hair loss the most. Some may think they are getting results after shedding but the hair follicles are not dead and are just coming back.

Genetics play a huge role - look at some old school BBers who still have their hair and some are as bald as cue ball.

Long story short - if your hair follicles are dead, there isn't much you can do but with persistence if they are not dead, you can halt and potentially grow some back. Of course a hair transplant works but keep taking PED's that are harsh on the hair and you lose your expensive transplant.

I wouldn't buy into the 'magic' cured and before and after pics some companies sell.
If you did not know many of these can be bought topically from minoxidilmax. These are script products and the company is in the US but not once did I have a package turned away. The boarder sees hair supplies and I assume just push it through. They have individual products and mixes.

Honestly, my dad's side and my father have perfect hair. My mom's brothers had balding in their late 30's 40's
