It's about that time again where I start brewing my own ciders.
I'm wondering if anyone is doing that this year?
I'm using a mixture of agave nectar (10%), plum pulp (10%) and the remaining CHO is just simple table sugar.
Anyone else brew at home? I'm aiming for 13% with the Degrees Brix I'm using this round. A very strong cider, with a very low residual sugar content. I'm usually in keto after all. My yeast can tolerate up to 15% before it begins to die off.
