Cycle Question: BPC157 + Retatrutide + MOTS-C

Hello Everyone,

I've done my research but I wanted to get actual people's feedback as I find I am getting a ton of different doses and lengths.
I am not overweight but have a tiny bit of fat on stomach and not full abs and I am looking to use Reta for the other benefits and also cutting back on appetite and making dieting/cutting easier while holding/building muscle and also helping fight the cannabis munchies LOL. The MOTS-C is for energy as I find I am lower energy especially when doing cardio/weights/work and dieting. BPC157 is to help with a few different things such as tennis/golfer elbow, torn/repairing meniscus tears, and other pains in forearms/tendons. I am also on 120mg/TRT but I have been using at 500mg/ew for the last 2 months for gains and wondering if this is fine with these peptides or better to drop down to 200mg/week?

Here is what I was thinking and looking for your advice. Whether to add or remove anything, up or decrease dose or length, etc.. thank you!

Cycle: 10-12 weeks

RETA:

Week 1-4 = 1mg
week 5+6 = 1.5mg
week 7-11 = 2mg (Started this already and today is week 7 just about to go to 2mg)
week 12-14 = 2.5mg

MOTS-C:
Week 1-12 = 3.5mg x 3 shots a week (10.5mg/week)

BPC157:
Week 1-8 = 250-500mcg daily (not sure if you can or need to run longer?)

If you could please give me any advice on:
1. What I should add or remove?
2. IF the doses need to be adjusted
3. If any lengths need to be adjusted
4. If testosterone is fine at 500mg a week or if I should drop to 200mg a week (trying to build muscle while cutting)

Thank you very much everyone for your help.
Have a great day.

Looks like a decent stack, can you let us know how you have felt on the Reta. Do you notice any side affects / affects at this point?
As for the BPC 157...... start it at the 250mcg for the first few days, I went 500mcg and noticed I had major dizziness ( bed spins at night were awful) but that subsided after 2 days, it is a common side effect so don't get to worried if this happens. I have been on BPC 157 for 2 weeks now and notice a big difference in my shoulder pain already, my stomach also feels much better and bowel movements are on point.

I have a few buddies doing the Reta now and they love it, they all say they haven't had to venture past the 2.0 mg mark as they are seeing great results at this dose. I think your 500 mg of test is a good dose to keep muscle gains and help avoid losing any while in your appetite suppressed state.
I also want to add Mots-c to my regime but I am going to wait until Monday when I get the Reta started.

Cheers.

Thanks for the reply.
I am looking at getting GLOW which basically each day it would be:
Concentrations (from Janoshik test):
  • GHK-Cu: ~24 mg/ml → 2.4 mg daily
  • BPC-157: ~3 mg/ml → 300 mcg daily
  • TB-500: ~6 mg/ml → 600 mcg daily (~4.2 mg/week total)
I would be doing that along with:
  • 2mg of Reta daily (starting this dose today) a week
  • 10.5mg of MOTS-C per week (3 shots per week)
  • 500mg of Test E
Currently with RETA i've noticed my appetite is less but nothing drastic as I started at 1mg and then did 4 weeks and then the last 2 weeks was 1.5mg.... I Heard around 2-2.5mg is the magic spot so we shall see in a week or so.

Made my first order from GrowthGuys - never used them before but read good things so fingers crossed it all works out.
:)

How has your weight lose been over the 6-7 weeks??

Well it’s gone down and I’m eating better but I started small at 1mg and heard most benefits are around 2mg.

I’ve also been sick for 8 days - have been off from cardio and lifting for 6 days.

But looking forward to seeing what 2mg does.

Thanks for the reply.

Morning,
Couple comments (ignore or listen - up to you).
Don't buy GLOW - buy all three peptides separately if you want to do peptides. I am a believer in many, but they are no panacea. If you think they are going to heal a torn meniscus, you must have torn a part that has great blood flow as most peptides do nil for meniscus tears (as for healing). They may help reduce inflammation. If you get benefits, ignore my opinion, the opinion of two very good friend who are powerlifting Orthopaedic doctors. No blood flow or very limited - how does the peptide get to where it needs to go.
- 2 mg of copper peptide a day is the recommended dosage so sure 2.4 makes sense.
- unless you are 100 lbs and even then 300 mcg's a day is not enough of BPC157. At minimum 1 mg (1000 mcg's), and inject as close to the injury as you can. Don't care if anyone says it is systemic - I am going by personal experience and dozens of vials of the stuff. The closer to the injury the better and if I am a moron - it is systemic and will migrate to the injury anyway.
-TB-500 - again minimum 1000 mcg's/1 mg a day which you can titrate down as you start to feel better. I consider this more systemic based on personal experience. Members have said this has a longer half life than BPC157 - they are right and wrong. Yes, it has hours (Tb-500) vs. less than an hour with BPC-157, but the metabolites may stick around longer hence daily injections not required (debatable). Again, why risk it and make the most out of it? If you put both in the same insulin syringe and it TB500 is systemic inject it daily with your BPC157.
Mots-C - won't comment on as I have never used it, albeit read about it.
Reta - no comment as if I wish to lose fat, I do more cardio or eat less/different macro mix. Nothing wrong with using it as it will be a script med down the road, but consider some guys who do everything right like @BanditNOLIMIT - had digestion issues with it.
500 mg of test is a good dose to gain strength and muscle. I do not know of any contradictions with Test and any peptides you mention.

Yes, you can run BPC157 longer. In the words of some powerlifting docs, if you get legit BPC157 it is one of the most, if not the most benign peptide out there. It also had protective benefits for multiple organs. It is a great peptide. I have run it for 4 months without a second thought and the only side effect was my liver enzymes dropped into the low normal vs. mid normal.

Hope this helps for what it is worth - good luck.

This is all great.
Unfortunately I already placed my order for 5 bottles of GLOW by GGC so hopefully it’s not a waste of money.

the dose I’m getting of bpc157 is on the lower side of recommended as they say 250-500mcg daily and I’m around 250-300mcg.

Tb500 from my research is a decent dose for what I’m needing and glow is a bit extra.

Hopefully the glow product is good.
A bit concerned now but it is what it is.

I am sure it is fine, but I don't think it is best to have them mixed for you for several reasons. The standard dose is 250 mcg's twice a day but I don't notice a difference between one and two shots as the metabolites stick around for a long time so once a day should be fine for Tb and BPC even if their half lives are 30 minutes to hours. I need more than 250 mcg's of BPC157 - usually 1 mg daily is a minimum.
Lots of people like the product so it must do something, I just don't think you should mix them until they are reconstituted and you draw them into the insulin syringe.
Good luck!
