Hey guys,
I’m looking to stock up on some protein and other supplements. Where do you usually buy your stuff online in Canada? Looking for reliable sites, good prices, and solid shipping. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Well most any supplement store has an website you can purchase off of.
Once upon a time I used to buy from supplementsource.ca. They have a discount section that you can score some good deals off if you watch it.

I like revolution nutrition when they have sales like they do right now.
yeah but i find lately they have raised prices and for the quality sometimes i can find better products thats why i ask people on here to say what they like what they use..

Vitamart in Canada / vitacost in the US but you have to do the conversion. Some supplements are a fraction of the cost in the US compared to Canada (example is SAMe). Compared to buying the supplements off the shelf at our biggest supplement/health store - it is much less online. Amazon also has a lot of good deals if you are looking for something specific and often once you buy more than a dollar amount the shipping is free.
I too have used Iherb. There are so many options and depends what you are looking for - bbing supplements or health related supplements.

Limitless pharma has the best flavours when it comes to protein powders. You can order directly from their website and they’re a Canadian company.

All other supplements like EAA and pre workout I get from Believe. Also a Canadian company. They have a lot of great flavours

Free form stuff like creatine, glutamine, HBCD I get from Canadian protein

I picked up their Maple brown sugar whey and it’s pretty good.

Which flavours would you recommend?
Isolate or concentrate?
Thanks!

I like revolution’s 25lb deals and they taste isn’t bad. Also use supplementsource but their sale section is what I’d checkout, otherwise many companies have similar pricing for many products.

Does it mix well? I only use whey in my morning smoothie and/or my post workout meal / not always but I would be lying if I said I didn't use whey protein. It is very hard to keep everyone straight in the forum and the other one I used to frequent, but you have always been active and I have read your posts. I recall you putting up a picture of a yourself and to put it lightly - you would not know it is the same person. That is a compliment by the way, in case you read it wrong. If that is a picture of you at your peak (which it is common sense to put a pic up when you in peak condition), I am derailing the thread (sorry) but sweat mother of F you are ripped. Do you mind me asking at the size, what weight you were? It is somewhat irrelevant even if it is 150 lbs - you look great if that was your weight. It is just hard to keep my height/size/strength and even be close to that lean as I won't use many of the additions that will help achieve this.
I'm being nosy, and I know you can't do everything with drugs (I am not saying that), you have to have a great diet, train hard, and have a plan and stick to it. With all those things in check what did you use to get in that condition? You don't have to share if you don't want to as it is your business. Are you competing? Just my opinion but you could if you wanted if that is a picture of your peak condition as many shows have people that are not in as good condition.
My curiosity is peaked if I am speaking to the same person who use to mention using a lot of milk (I think whole) for calories/protein. I would have to go to another forum and look back as it was a long time ago but I have a good memory and I recall you saying this or think I do lol. Many people do drink a gallon of whole milk when bulking for the calories and easily digestible macros.
With all products you can make incredible strides if you are willing to use them - harsh steroids that pack on slabs of muscle and help get you lean, HGH and slin, peptides, GLP-1 agonists, DNP, diuretics, and a plethora of other products I am not mentioning. I don't judge people who use them - if I was younger and worked security full time, I may consider more, if my health was in check, but unfortunately time has passed and I am just TRT/small doses of the healthier options on top/script HGH and some peptides for health/injuries/lenthening telomeres. I am no where near that low BF, but have made great strides to put on size and strength since going back to the gym vs. working out at home.
Anyway - you can't get to that level, no matter what you take, without hard work and dedication so congrats as you look great.
