you may wanna take this moment to think about what your doing. Your below your height/weight cap by almost 10lbs and your not done yet for classic physique. And i think you wanted the open bodybuilding devision you previously stated, if im not mistaken.

Its gonna take a hell of a lot more to get there. Be careful is all im trying to get at.

There are also weight classes within bodybuilding division at the amateur level. Determining which division you land in should depend on your structure and proportions, not necessarily weight.

No need to cycle shame btw. I think it goes without saying what sort of risks we are putting ourselves at as bodybuilders. I know your intentions are good, but it just came across as condescending to me. Might be prep brain playing tricks on me though, so I apologize if so haha.

Cant say its condescending because youve seen my level of physique and know my usage too. Im not delusional at all about my level of physique or knowledge. Im not special in any way or above anybody else.

Youve taken the brakes off fully and sometimes a reminder to step back and have look for a minute to access the situation may be benificial. Its your life and health not mine. When i joined the other board you were one of the first to comment on my health negligence. I took a step back and accessed. Just returning the favor. Maybe its not what u wanna hear right now. Thats fine. Maybe youll return to the thought after prep is over. A lot of stuff your taking is redundant. You got shredded af without half that shit prior bro. Do what makes you happy obviously and disregard me or tell me where to go if thats better for you. Its hard to see things from the outside when your in it. Good luck.

Like the others mentioned, I’m working with my coach and to this date he’s never steered me wrong. I think we’ve made great progress so I fully trust him calling the shots. If that bites me in the ass I’ll be the first admit you were right all along !😂

If you think, you can achieved a national level pro physique with 1 gram of gear you’re delusional, most guy take 2 gram an up, i know a guy who spend 25k to win the canadian national.

Scale down -1.0lbs today after yesterday's low day.

Decided a long weekend sounded nice so took today off work.
Had a killer leg session. Definitely felt locked in and actually managed to beat the log book on a few sets. Lost a couple reps on other sets though. Not tracking numbers religiously at this point, just making sure I continue to challenge myself with similar loads and I'm not too worried if I lose a rep here or there.

Feeling smashed after this one but its nice to just rest and relax for the remainder of the day. Hoping I can sleep well tonight. Might be tough seeing as I'm so excited to get back at it tomorrow.

Thanks bro. Training effort is the single thing that I’m solely responsible for. So there’s no way in hell I’m gonna miss the mark there. That being said, I know I have another level to reach…

Great technique on the pendulum
Hopefully it don’t hurt to good when you have to take a sit on the toilet or walk a flight of stairs next lol
lol there will definitely be some discomfort for the next couple days. Gotta master the slow descent and you’re good to go.
I’ll take an epsom salt bath tomorrow and that will wash off fatigue.
Shout out to @Huggybearz for put me on the baths, they do wonders.
