Keep in mind some docs still and used to prescribe testosterone for low sperm count hoping for a rebound effect. It makes zero sense and taking either for this purpose is controversial albeit Proviron has some info backing up the claim of sperm increase. I don't know how as it defies logic (IMO) but the internet is full of info saying it may. This is an example of Proviron helping some men -

I would not touch any steroid, any ester period, you are delaying the solution to the problem. You need to find out what the sperm test says. Once you have this, hopefully you have others to compare to and see if it is getting better.
If it was me and you knew the time of the month when she was ovulating, I would take PT-141 to help increase the libido and help with erections. Add in a dose of ED meds like Viagra or Cialis and you have a potent combo.
As far as pregnancy goes, if it is important to you, I hate to say it but don't touch any steroids period. Keep ramming the HCG to you or if you can get your hands on HMG - even better.
@biguglynewf already said it but I would be adding in Clomid (Serm) like I was doing a PCT. I'm essentially regurgitating what he said albeit I would throw HMG in the mix if you can get it and there is no reason for a doctor not to prescribe it if you take in medical literature.
Stick with it and I am sure your numbers will improve over time. The unfortunate part of all this is they always concentrate on the woman and if your sperm count comes back low, or the morphology is bad - most docs, unless a doc who specializes in male fertility (good luck finding one) - don't do fuck all and often just say wait when they can prescribe a lot of medication to help. If the test isn't good - make sure you have literature to give the doctor to show he/she can help by giving you medication.
Most supplements won't make a difference and won't increase your libido much but if I was you - I would make sure I was getting enough or taking D-aspartic acid, zinc, and higher doses of Vitamin D. There are others but I suspect you get enough of those in your diet. The aforementioned I would supplement.
good luck.
