App Download

Might be a dumb one but I can’t seem to be able to download the app by pressing the very convenient “Install app” button. Pressing it just does nothing. Is there a way around it? Thanks in advance.

What I did was I added it to my phone Home Screen via my browser. It’s the next best thing I could think of

Oh I think they mean just downloading a home screen shortcut.
