Maybe brave to ask on a bodybuilding forum, but I’m curious if anyone else is vegan or vegetarian?
I classify as vegetarian, as I’m not too strict when it comes to finding products that are 100% fee of dairy and egg. Nearly 6 years now anyway. Always interested in hearing different perspectives.
I think there are lots of misconceptions around it. I can’t say if it’s better or worse, I made much of my gains in my younger years while still eating meat. That being said, still managed to get marginally stronger and bigger/fitter even while I was on a 5 year break from PEDs.
Anyway, can be a subject people get defensive about, so I like to hear opinions on it.
