2026 Plans

Looking to start a discussion on what everyone's 2026 plans are! Competition, cycles, etc. More or less for inspiration, and curious what this year's landscape looks like.

Personally, this year I'm hoping to blast in a month or two for nothing more than vanity and to be lean and jacked for summer. thinking of running EQ and Test E at around 400/400, maybe add some anavar.

At some point in the year get get my gyno surgery booked, curious if anyone has experience with that?

Current weight 210 off cycle holding strength and muscle well, but man, I miss feeling like a super hero!

I’ve been invited to train with the universities wrestling team, so I’ve decided to switch from judo back to wrestling until summer. Looking to crush it on the mats, and pack on mass. Hoping to get from 198, to 210 by summer. Planning on trying out some Tbol with the normal test base.
 
Heal my shoulder and stay lean. I think it is going to take most of the year for my shoulder to heal, especially since I never really give it much of a break to heal, so it’s kinda my fault.

Before I hurt my shoulder I was going to have a great year, put on 10 lbs and stay around 10% bodyfat. I was already on course.

So instead I am going to put some effort into growing business and finish the last few projects around the house, then sell it.
 
My seemingly unattainable goals never change....get as big and lean as possible while staying healthy while filling out gaps in my physique (difficult to do at 50yrs old with multiple injuries but whatever). Aside from that earn money, invest and save...oh and cram the girl in the ass more without getting pooped on
 
Just coming to the tail end of a cut, I'm leaner than I've been in decades (thanks reta + tren + gh), and have decent midlife-crisis abs. I'm heading to the Caribbean on vacation, then I'll cruise and eat at maintenance for a few months.

Though I'm lean, I want more muscle mass (of course), so I'll start a lean bulk around June.

Planning to run test + eq + gh for 24 weeks. I'm not sure about the dose yet, I've seen a lot of people saying less than 500 eq is a waste of time, and 600+ is ideal. Then I also see advice to run test at a 2:1 ratio so e2 doesn't crash. However, I'm not willing to run 1200 test if I want to run 600 eq. I'm thinking more like 750 test, which is the highest I've gone (and had minimal sides). If e2 crashes, I have some dbol on hand.

Years ago I did a cycle of 600 test + 300 eq, but only ran it for 12 weeks and didn't notice much from the eq.

Anyways, I'm still coming up with my plan, and any/all advice is appreciated!

My favourite, going into a holiday at 8% body fat, 3rd day in the gut sticks out bloated from the food and alcohol, so now your gut looks like a turtle shell, round with abs, lol.

Then you see the next guy looking ripped and 3 days later he looks the same.

So you're telling me I'd better get those beach pics done on day 1?
 
Awesome idea for a thread.

Currently just cruising right now. Looking to maybe step on stage in Sept. getting bloodwork this weekend, if all looks good; start an off-season cycle for 12-14 weeks, leading into prep. Cycle would start around Test@500, EQ@300, then add low dose Tren@70mg, and Mast@300mg rolling into prep.
