Recently received some Genetec 5MG Cialis intended for pre workout.
With its long half life when should I take it?
Would I take it in morning with all other supplements or should I take it pre work out 1hr prior to the workout?
I usually workout around 6 or 7 Pm
Also what is the recommended dose, is 5mg sufficient?
