What's your testosterone levels on HRT and your dose

16.1 nmol/L at 100mg per week. 50mg every 3.5 days.

Dosing to be reassessed at next follow-up in summer ‘24.

I will have to go through my naturopath to find more details beyond T level; for some reason my Dr. holds onto my info like a state secret.

25mg of androgel (typical dose is 50-100mg/day of gel)
Free test was 500 last time total test was kinda low at 13

I upped it to 50mg and it was way too much for me, could tell in a few days so I’m back down to 25mg

I messed up this last time doing bloods I did half of my 180/wk on Thursday night did blood work Saturday a.m. and it was over
2000.
Doc wants to retest 3 months from those labs instead of usual 6 month labs and I wanted to hop on some stuff now I'm waiting till April to do a cycle.
Oh well I know I need to address my injuries first so it's a blessing in disguise.

.40ML on Sundays and as per my last bloodwork 4 days later I was at 787.2 pmol/L.

on my trt script its 80mg/week but since twice a week seems the sweet spot I started that way but then Im not sure when to get blood drawn for accurate results..

When injection once a week you get blood drawn just before you do the next injection but what about twice a week ? Same thing ?

70mg every 5 days.

Free test = ??

Been on prescribed TRT for over decade. Dr stopped testing test and E2 last 2 years. As long as the rest of the bloodwork is fine she says go by feel

I think most provinces have a system you sign up for to automatically see your records/tests.. I'm in AB and we have "my health records alberta" to give us access...

FYI, the doctor has zero choice if you want to see your results. They must give them. You can even tell them you want a copy every single test you've ever had and they MUST print them off for you. They will charge you an admin fee of like 25$, but you can get paper copies.

The My health record app we have in AB is awesome, everything right there for us to look at ourselves

yup, I really like it.. and it shows all your results on a graph for each test over the years. Bout friggin time..

I'd bet my next pay check that tons of doctors fought myhealthrecords lol.. Some of those fuckers didn't want you to be in the know for a quite a few reasons. Guessing myhealthrecords has forced some doctors to actually do better and forced others to stop manipulating..

Don't get me wrong, there is some amazing doctors out there, but we've all had a couple fuckers

I'd love to have a dr that is good to go by feel.

All my other blood work is amazing, but my script has been 100mg a week for years. Usually free test is around 650/700.. Now its 575.

To be perfectly honest, I usually use 125-150mg a week divided into 3 shots. So 40-50mg 3x a week. I feel so much better (not cranky, not tired, boner works etc)..

She is a good dr. She did test my hormones religiously for almost a decade. We have now reached a level of trust.

Back when she tested my free test it was typically 550ish. It would hang around 750 if i took dhea. I posted this before, i dropped the dhea as my E2 would go low, free test higher and i would feel meh.
