I have heard great things about nasal, but you need to dose appropriately, much higher than sub q injects.
Not sure about that, Perhaps maybe now if the reformulated it, I am no expert...I haven't heard anything about that....but look or google for Vyleesi, that is what its being sold in pharmacies, and I think its sub q only...

I have been using this since 2017...never needed it prior.. , and I remember well that nasal variant, was not as potent and the injectable is the shit! It was the prefered choice ... I also recall at the beginning using Melanotan II, The sides were much more intense then the PT-141 Variant, the lethargy and nauseau.....then you started to grow all sorts of moles and beauty marks.....lol. hehehehehe

The nasal mist works okay if you use the right doseage, too m any try and use 1-2 mg, not enough to get decent results really.
But yeas sub q is the best and fast for certain.

20iu, and 50mg, the PT141, can take awhile before it kicks in, Take the PT141 earlier, then Cialis take it maybe 90 min before....sex.

It works very,very well, for me Viagra does not work well at all , but with Cialis it is very good ..... Money in the bank!~

You’re a crazy bastard lol. I can’t even begin to imagine 50mg of Cialis, 20 is way too much for me. 50 would make my eyeballs pop out of my head lol. Then adding PT-141 to that…god damn
I was a on a cruise ship, with this shit, I went mental on the GF.... many,many times. With the PT141 you would blow your load, and your were solid for a nice 20 min after, lol......This combo is extremely wild, for me at least.......the V does nothing, Never did..... I respond to cialis very good, minimal sides

What dose do you run PT-141 at? I’ve run it 1-2mg but definitely respond better to lower doses. Again, high doses of that hit me the same as high doses of cialis. Apparently my idea of a high dose and yours are completely different lol.
30 iu , diliuting with 1.5 ml , sides are not that strong, 5 shots per vial.......Freeze them and use when you need1-2 times a week

Assuming you’re getting 10mg vials, which seems to be standard, you’re doing approximately 2mg per dose which would be par for the course for allot of individuals.
