In a bind

So long story short. I am on TRT. I am military and will be leaving the country for 6 months shortly. I inquired with my provider if they will supply me with a 6 month prescription so I can continue my treatment while I am away. They have stated they cannot legally wrote a prescription for anything over 3 months and that I should find a provider to continue my care in my destination country which obviously isn’t possible where I am going.

Anyone have any suggestions or insight?

Use ugl test a lot of its just as good as script
My biggest issue is if it’s not the same as my script etc I am going to have issues crossing borders. I would need to find Taro or get a new script written by someone who would issue me a 6 month one

My NP has offered to carry it for me so I don’t have issues getting across borders but then that also raises the flag of it not being the same and he will know since he is going to carry it with all the other meds

Bullshit. My script is for 6 months. I'm on my second provider and both gave me script for 6 months.

Fill up old script vials with UGL oil and rock on.

Yep I agree with this too, same as I get and I know guys who get a year. Doc ain't even trying. Could simply have doubled the dose if he wanted to help the OP too.

Although OP said "provider" not Dr.

@DaveGrant you didn't answer 3ml's question. And is your provider a TRT clinic or ?
Also your script actually says "Taro" on it? I find that odd. Personally I've never seen it. Why would a Dr or whoever have any interest in supporting a particular brand? I'd think we'd have the right to make that decision. I know a fair bit about the industry but this question never came to mind before.

You could also ask your doc if you could do phone appointments and have prescription mailed to your base maybe?? Idk but it doesn't seem ethical for the doc to cut u off and not help I'd ask upper management at your clinic

Maybe also if you have a military doctor they can fill it for you where ever your going. Because what if it was a narcotic you needed or any prescription I have to check in 3 months too but my doc said if I went away to work in the summer she would arrange filling the script still. Ugl is good but be carefull you get caught you could get into some deep shit.

Ya that’s why I’m worrying so much. I don’t want to stop treatment especially where my levels are at currently being so low. I am going to talk to my mil doc or try and talk to someone else at OnMen and see what they say because it seems crazy to me

Just so you know, that's actually not your prescription, that is the official prescription receipt that you get from the pharmacy after purchasing, that's why it has exactly what you purchased.

She would have prescribed Test cypionate at a certain dosage per week.
The actual prescription was either taken to the pharmacy by you or faxed to your pharmacy by her office.

The issue is I think Pfizer is either still shorted or actually even may be discontinued in Canada, I'm not 100% sure on that. Taro may be your only option for test cypionate. You could ask your Dr. to change your prescription to test enanthate, then you could definitely find some Delatestryl.... that's an option too.

I use their pharmacy. I can ask that it be changed to my local pharmacy based on my current prescription a vial lasts 3 months so they won’t give me anything else until Aug technically. I’m going to talk to them again next week and see if I can push them
