You have to mix them then once they are mixed store in your fridge untill you use it all up, So extract the water from snap top vial and inject into the medication vial with rubber topper and shake it store in fridge once mixed it has way less of a shelf life when mixed I am guessing that's why It doesn't come mixed ,I have that same brand the instructions are all in Chinese lucky for me I can't read fuckin English either or neather

The small vial is HCG powder that is clumped together so dont worry about that.
The other vial is actually Sterile Water (NaCl), dont use it since it doesnt have a long shelf life.
Get your own bacteriostatic water to mix.
 
I've tried the cialis. Works perfect and haven't felt any sides like I do from prescribed ones. Definitely more then happy with it

So maybe the lack of sides is what is making me think that it isnt working... I felt that it was rather weak because I got none of the side effects of real pharma cialis such as bad eyesight, stuffy nose, flushed face.
Pareto's cialis formula could transform the ED medication scene forever! This is so interesting as majority of the people quit ED medication due to lack of tolerance to side effects.

I'm not sure but that's just my honest and personal experience. I only needed to take halves too so that was nice.

Understandable. I'm one of the least experienced here with most of this stuff too BTW but I just like to stay involved and throw my opinions in. I really have no idea the purity or anything but I am happy with it.

Fuck the govt!! Canada is insane. I am currently in Switzerland and my god has Canada lost their minds, its so shameful as a Canadian to see whats happening. I‘m honestly worried to come back in a few months. Anyway, I would love an update later on about the products! I haven‘t used Pareto but when I am back in Canada at the end of April I plan to run a nice cycle and I want Pareto, just gotta get my hands on some! I hope for an update, cheers!
