What do you think will be the outcome of the Russian invasion?

Do you think it will extend past Ukraine to neighbouring countries?

The US said it will not send troops but NATO will be fully involved. Does this mean other nations will send their people to fight because they are a part of NATO. The US sent troops to other countries in the past to bring “freedom”, why not now? Will they at least send weapons?

The world has made so much progress without major wars, how much will it regress if shit went serious? Will Canada suffer the consequences of a war?

Please tell us what you think. We got many intelligent minds here that I appreciate learning from and seeing other perspectives always help.
 
USA isn't going because there's no oil fields, I hope a lot of countries do get involved. I'm all for peace I would rather die beside my family trying to protect them but I didn't chose a life of war like a lot of soldiers. If there's anything worth fighting for almost as much as your own family and freedom its the peace and freedom of other people as well. I think Russia definitely won't stop and will try to rebuild the ussr. I also think there is probably some connection to covid like one or the other was used as a distraction or decoy or something. Puttin said if any country's get involved they will see consequences unlike anything in history and that's pretty scary considering Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Plus covid has already debilitated the world so that covers bio chemical warfare. It'd be scary but there's some conspiracy about the vacines having a highly conductance metal in them that when positively charged some how it could fry your brain. Or help you pick up wifi who knows. Military and intelligence think tanks are way too smart for these things to be randomly happening at certain times just as the general public we won't ever be a part of those conversations

The USA will have to release more of its reserves or else oil prices will cont to rise due to the fact the nordstream pipeline Russia was going to have to give gas to Europe is not sanctioned

demand for oil is rising and supply is not keeping up
Hence why we touched 100$ a barbell on WTI crude oil today

My bad. I said oil but I meant there's no money in it for them. I also think sending thousands of sleeper cells into USA and Canada and everywhere as refugee status is the best way to quietly invade country's and by pass immigration red tape. If that's not what's going on it probably will in the future.

There is no money and after 20 something years of the failed Afghan adventure the US administration isn't going to insert itself into a conflict with Russia. If it was smaller nation like Pakistan, Yemen or Somalia attacking US interests, the bombers would be decimating their shitty infrastructure right now!

I have friends in US and they are all saying that this would have never happened while Republicans were in the administration. Maybe they are right, I think it wouldn't have happened on Trump's watch since he is uncomfortably close to Putin.

Yea but I don't think the Ukraine is all Russia wants. I think they won't stop until they've destroyed America and democracy. They just have to build and build for a long enough time until they're strong enough to go after who they really want

Well following Putin on his VK he’s been planning this for months and it look’s like they have been in conflict with one another for years now. Putin has been getting all of the countries on board before invasion preparing for the war. Putin sees that Ukraine is part of Russia and some of the other countries he feels that USSR should stand together again. Ukraine was gonna sign Noto that’s another thing that Putin got pissed about. US is not going to do anything because they are involve with Russians those Democrats that take oil from Russia which building pipes through Germany. Russia controls a lot of oil and water through most independent countries that used to be part of USSR. I remember when my father went to Georgia to volunteer and help the locals there to learn new medical procedures and Putin has cut off the water and let them have water only twice a week my father could not pursue on doing medical procedures without any clean water. The whole politics are corrupt and I honestly feel like they need to be stand accountable for their actions people need to stand up and work together against this corrupt politics.

No I think you are right about not stopping after Ukraine. But look what happened to Nazism once the allied forces decided to move, so it could be over soon or last...sooner the better I believe

Yea I agree. And yea it didn't work for the nazis but maybe taking advantage of the pandemic or using it or causing it somehow could give them an advantage

I think as diplomatic effort, Russia did good and made sure nobody was going to oppose them. Even the US friendly countries are sitting on side lines, so Putin moved ahead with full invasion.
 
A friend of mine said when the Americans were in Afghanistan, they robbed all the gold from the country. He came to the country 4 years ago and has relatives there. So I take his word for it. Only a finite amount of gold exists in the world. It takes a supernova (happens when a star is nearing death with a massive explosion) to create it. It came from
the debris while the solar system was forming and asteroid bombardment.

I’m craving gold now.

@Annika I enjoy their 75% dark chocolate under the brand Babaevsky. Trying to find a store that sells some so I can stock up. Don’t know what might happen with the situation that’s risen.

We have 3400 or so troops in the area and i heard he is thinking of sending more and Said Russia will not get away with it...LMAO, that would be like Hells angels from Quebec ( being Russia) fighting the guys on Letterkenney ( being Canuckistan). They can hold their own in small town Ontario, lol..But putin would crush us like a bug... I wish i could say we are tough sobs...Well i think they are in Canadian forces, we are not outfitted for War they fight today, in any way shape or form right now. Doesn't our submarines still have paddles?
