I take in several Tablespoons a day. I find it good for many things like skin condition and overall health. I also ensure i get some Omega 3s to keep the omegas in balance.

orally is the way to use olive oil - one tablespoon is a great kick for calories and fats on a low carb day. I try to incorporate a few tablespoons in a week. Should probably take more but I go back and forth with nut butter and olive oil.

Fun fact ancient Greek used to use olive oil as a moisturizer. But I'm pretty sure your supposed to use it on more than just your doing haha

Coconut oil is great as long as no rubber or silicone dildos are being used (on your lady) It reacts bad with condoms as well, bad experiences...lol

I have bad perfume reactions etc. I use olive oil only for skin care, and coconut as well.

One thing to remember guys, all olive oil is not the same. Most of the cheap shit is not even olive oil. I will try to find a list of brands I had that were tested. I think simple test is that it should freeze if you put it in the fridge.

You are definitely correct, i have that list somewhere as well. TYPICALLY, not always, the dark glass bottles and Organic ones tend to be safer. Plastic containers tend to be sketchy, is what i have read many times.
