Taro-testosterone

I tried this 28 day trick, but the pharmacist called the doctor and asked if instead they could switch up my brand lol. Plan back fired - did not work
I just talked to my pharmacist and he will start dispensing me a vial every 4 weeks instead of ten as per my 100mg/week script. Should build up a nice stockpile🙂

I reached out to true balance who issued my TRT protocol regarding the 28’day shelf life of Taro brand test Cyp. They stated to keep using us beyond the 28 days….be nice if Depot was back in stock.

talked to my pharma he has del back he said this was one of the longest back order.

What is so much better about del? Just out of curiosity, assuming it's the same cyp ester what makes it superior to any other pharma test. Is the a carrier oil better or something?

Nothing to necessarily get all excited about but what comes to mind is pharma cyp is 100mg/ml and delatestryl is 200mg/ml. So half the oil into yer body per equivalent dose and saves barrel space if you need it. And not that it really makes a difference worth thinking about but just so you know Dela is Enanthate. The differences between the carrier oil have never affected me personally but some people have reason to prefer one compound over another. One probably flows better than the other but I can't remember how cyp compares.

Taro-testosterone is just Canadian generic pharma Cyp dosed at 100mg/ml. I think it is relatively new, and getting prescribed often due to the testosterone shortage in Canada.

Where Im from, my pharmacist told me that delatestryl is back ordered until late 2022 lol

I’m on taro, I like it. 1ml, 2x weeks. Not thick at all and goes in like butter. No pain or weird bump post injection for me.

No current date on solving the delatestryl shortage.
I was switched to the gel for a bit (no thanks thank you t400) but went back in and the pharmacist printed off all of the testosterone options in Canada and the only injectable option is this , the taro testosterone from Pfizer. No idea if it’s a generic from Pfizer , but I was told it’s the only thing available so I was switched over to this as well

According to this, the shortage has been resolved. https://www.drugshortagescanada.ca/shortage/134792

I asked my pharmacist if they carried it when they were filling my Taro-Testosterone script, and they said they did have it. I have been considering switching to it, because I believe it is the only 200mg/ml concentration available in Canada.

Hey King,
Not to start an arguement or call anyone out here, your post just gives me a starting point to frame my question from...

Also I am aware that what I'm asking is of little importance to 99% of us, I am curious is all.

I have heard various references in a few places suggesting that Taro is somehow "under" Pfizer. "Generic Pfizer", "From Pfizer" etc. I don't see any evidence of that and was wondering if any members could shine some light on the subject? Perhaps Taro Test is manufactured at a Pfizer facility or something?

The web gives various connections to Sun Pharma, including showing some legal disputes between Sun and Pfizer.

Anyone?

I was going to say the same thing but I also didn't want to start anything either so I am glad you started it off lol. People know your handle much better and there isn't anyone that doesn't respect your input.

I cannot find any information that Pfizer owns Taro.... Taro is not generic Pfizer. It appears that Taro is an Israeli based company with its parent company being Sun Pharma. They have a production facility in Brampton.
This Taro testosterone is simply a generic Testosterone Cypionate. Their packaging and label appears to closely resemble Pfizer's Depo-Testosterone which is also a testosterone cypionate. It appears as if Taro is copying Pfizer though....using the same type of preparation as its the same carrier oil and the same strength @ 100mg/ml. The packaging and labeling also resembles Pfizer's very closely.

Those are kind words, Thank You.

That's about all I could find too. Also think I saw somewhere that they produce Test E as well, interesting (to me at least lol) that it is not approved for sale in Canada.

Not at all buddy , as I said I have no idea if it’s a ” generic from Pfizer “, it has the Pfizer logo on the box , I was just repeated what someone said, no idea if it’s a generic, it doesn’t seem to be

I’ve also seen the link to the drug shortage list but both pharmacies I go to indicated delatestryl is not available to order. no idea
