Well I guess we better get on our road to 51 before we lose motivation hey @Oldguyjiujitsu lol.
So we were talking and figured we should put up some measurements.
Oh my ass will be handed to me on the waist measurement. That is one of my goals for the next 12 months.

Anyhoo
These are all unpumped but flexed

Chest 46”
Waist 36”
Arms 17 1/4”
Forearms 15”
Neck 15”
Thighs 25”
Calves 15”

Total height 5’6”
Weight 183 lbs in the morning naked.

I’m on 200 mg of pharma test a week, and honestly I think that’s all I’m going to run for the year. I’ve increased my massage therapy sessions to every two weeks again, I was starting to tighten up again, catch it before things go south so I can stay healthy and actually train for a whole year.

I’m going to get bloods in a couple weeks and will post results.
Does anyone know how to get a calcium score test in Ontario?

Neck: 17 (thx Jiu jitsu)
Chest: 44
Arms: 14.9 (will get these up)
Waist: 32 (i will get this down to 31)
Thighs: 23.5
Calves: 14.75

Want wider shoulders, bigger arms, smaller waist and always more calves

Majority of year will be TRT 100mg. Will bump up to 140mg which puts my free T at around 900 which i can grow nicely on if training and diet good. Might add primo along the way but will wait and see my mood. Been living by “Test is Best” now at 50.

Let the games begin.

You did great last year on just trt. I may drop mine down to 125 a week depending on my blood work.
BTW 14.9 is 15" lol. If its that close round up.

Always get amazed when i see guys our age still doing big dosages. Not needed if you are consistent on food, sleep and training. I know for a fact Stan is maintaining his physique on 30mg per day. For you 125 - 200 per week for a full year will allow you to hit all your goals.

I have began to realize that I don’t enjoy the feeling of being on bigger doses. I just feel off. 200 mg a week I feel great, my dick works great, I don’t get out of control estrogen issues and so on.
Like Luke Sandoe used to say, he started to use lower doses because he felt better and then all the rest was better, like training, eating and being in life.
 
I gotta ask, does anyone think having too big of arms looks silly? I was thinking of discontinuing training mine for a wile and focus on the rest of my body so they looked more in proportion.

Maybe I resume training back, I haven’t trained that in like 4 years because I get so much training for it at work, and I was starting to look hunched because of my lats and lack of rear delts.

I dont really train arms directly, or have an arm day. but biceps get hit a bit on back day. I started doing underhand pullups with a fairly close grip and they hit the biceps for sure. I also do alot of dips and somewhat close grip bench, so triceps are getting hit on chest day. As for the Original question, no such thing as arms looking too big..lol, unless your using synthol and it they dont match your body. The weird thing is my arms started to grow when I stopped training them so much, and Ive heard this from a few people now.

Me too... 2 sets of bicep per week, arms grew.

A. Arms can never be too big. Get bigger shoulders...that will balance out. that said i don't believe in a just " arms day". I only do one exercise X 3 sets for bis and tris because i do them right after back/chest/shoulders. But i hit everything every 5 days.
B. I would be more concerned you don't train back. Posterior chain is so important for overall health. One row exercise and one chin variation should be in your program every week.
C. symmetry is slways key...look at the folks that don't train legs and got big upper bodies....totally ridiculous. Consider changing your program to push/pull/legs or Upper/Lower

Some of the best dieting info I’ve ever taken in. Can’t imagine every other area of expertise ; I’d be so fuckin pumped to meet that guy. Ronnie and jay cutler were cool, but Stan efferding I’d be walking up with a note pad lol

Same here, Ive eliminated foods that make me bloated and my god meals are easy to get down now.

Yes. I was using him for a good portion of last year. Really good guy and generous with his time.

A good measure of a person is when he never once pushed the vertical diet to me just kept making changes to mine

He was exceptional with my blood work as well. He’s a really good fit for athletes as opposed to just bodybuilders

A. Arms and shoulders are close. If I train steady for a year I’ll,likely have over 18” arms, not sure if they will look too much, lol. I only do 8 sets for bis, 8 for tris
B. As for back, I do deads and rows 4 days a week at work. I’m the guy who puts all the meat boxes away, so usually around 100 90 lb boxes. Some go up high so I lift them on a ladder. I do this because I’m the strongest guy at work. Then we make a couple thousand pounds of sausage on wednesdays, so I lift that in 70 lb tubs as deadlifts, rows, lol. Btw, I lift it twice, once to make it once to stuff it, lol.
My massage therapist was suprized when I told her I never trained my back.
I do shrugs on shoulder day.
Speaking of which, I got extra boob rub last time. I showed her one of the pictures from our competition, stating, not too bad for a 50 year old guy. Its too bad she put on so much covid weight. She kinda fluffy now, and didn’t get more boobs, lol.
C.Other than my waist, and I could have more leg, I’m not too bad I don’t think. I believe I’m a little arm heavy, but it’s ok, rather big arms than small ones. Legs are comming though. I miscounted my weight and thought I did 225 for 4 on squats but actually did 245, so 300 lbs is comming.

200mg isn’t trt, lol. 125 fir me is. I’m running a 200 mg cycle all year.
‘I still have some winny I may toss in. I may be over primo though.
 
Ok, so I’m training shoulders, walked up to my wife and asked her if anything looked out of proportion.
She looks, walks around me, then says, suck in your gut.
Told me to work my calves more.
I then asked if my back looked smaller, should I train it, and she said, no your back is very thick, it’s matches right now.

So legs it is then and reducing my gut, lol.
It wasn’t so bad that she said suck in my gut, but it was the sorta disgusted look she had on her face, lol.
