For those interested...ive had a TON of time on my hands this last year or so. And have searched the whole supplement industry for the best multi.

Surprisingly about 90% of multis are total shit. Even from great brands.

Here are 4 of the only multis which id ever recommend. Ur far better off buying these individually and adjusting ur doses of each as u like/need. But that will cost you minimum $150 a month.

#1- allmax vitastack- this is my go to. Its a pack like animal stack but far far better in my opinion. And priced amazingly. It's the best formula on the market but a landslide.

#2- animal stack - the og. Still works but recipe could be updated a tad.

#3- vitaHD - new product on the block. This stuff is badass. From a killer canadian company with guys behind it whom we all know. Its quite pricey though. But im sure the quality is there.

#4 - orange triad. Another OG. Usually quite cheap also. Barely makes the list. But still better than 90% of the other multis.

When i look at a multi i don't really look for completeness as i take a bunch separately. I do look at the quality of the ingredients, extra non sense added and lab reviews about dosing (which even for the biggest brands does not seem to be very consistent for any)

My top 3 right now are Now, Progressive and Douglas labs. (no particular order as i have pros and cons for each)

I have not tried the ones you listed above but will spend a little time looking at their ingredient list

In addition to a multi i add on; DHEA, Probiotic, Ubiquniol, Omega 3, B12, Calcium, Magnesium, zinc, K2+D3

cheers

I am a lazy SOB. I don't even know what brand of vitamins I use. I normally get them at Costco or Guardian drugs. in the morning I grab a cup and I shake a bunch of the following into it, multi vitamin, C, D3, fish oil, e, b 12. I don't count the amount, usually 3 or 4 of each, then I drink them down with v8.. spicy. I do include iron but I do 2 tabs in morn and 1 at night with meals. It seems to work as I feel good. This idea was one of the things Dave John suggested in one of his unconventional training books "Never Let Go". He maintained that the body would get rid of the excess and if he over supplemented that was better than under supplementing

I use to do animal pak, now just regular mens vitamin from costco, then omegas, d3, k2 when I am on i pick up tudca

I use Progressive, no comment of if its good, just cheap and easy for me... would be open to try what you suggested.

have a bunch of stuff I take on top of that too:

Magnesium
Boron
Lots of D3
K2
Omega 3
Creatine (not sure it this counts as a vitamin)

I was also taking the wife's Collagen but she's onto me now so looks like that was just a short cycle.

I do a subscription from amazon.. saves me 15% and the stuff just shows up when I'm out.

Short cycle is better than no cycle. At least you got a taste lol

I use NOW Adam and just as mentioned I got a bunch of other things added. Something different I have from those mentioned are Turmeric and Glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM.

I will look into those mentioned. Thanks bro.

DHEA is another one, although hard to get in Canada. I'm into it more for the brain support/aging side of things than for the T production. Some pretty cool studies done on that one.

My doctor gave me a script of 100mg a day of DHEA.. Been on it for over a year.. I can tell when my script runs out.. First thing I notice is I'm cranky and don't have as much patience.

I've been on Glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM for like 5 months at the max recommended dosage.. I don't think its done a thing for my joints.. But I read it has more benefits than easing joint pain.

I swear by these compounds and it has helped my joints. I feel like I’m breaking down slowly when I stop. You’re already in long term, maybe increase the dose? 3x daily.

i am doing the max dose 3x a daily the whole time.
I don’t know what to make of it bro.
Maybe give it some more time?
How about the severity of the injury? But it shouldn’t matter, you should feel gradual improvement and 5 months in is plenty of time in my opinion.

I used animal stack for years but i am now using Magnum Primer Performance Packs....far more than just a multi....brain support, digestive enzymes, muscle recovery....seems to check all the boxes for me

My go to is beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 from Youngivity. Been using it for about 8 yrs. Not cheap but i can feel a difference from when i use it to not using it.
Also have some vitamin mineral fusion on the way from Infowars. Gotta support the fight against the NWO!

I think the issue is my joints aren't sore because of lack of lubrication/cartilage damage. I think Glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM helps with that..

my issues are from ligamint/tendons..

Ohhhhhhh

yeah bro tendons and ligaments as far as I know won’t be effected. My elbows got tendinitis and not much has helped. And my Achilles for over a decade now. Those areas you gotta be very careful. You’re strong too so with strong men that injury is gonna get worse the more they hit iron.

My joints on the other hand have so much wear and tear that even having my legs straight out feels uncomfortable. I was close to surgical intervention for my left knee if it weren’t for the supplementation.

Think of this also, maybe you will gradually have some joint problems in the future, so by supplementing now you are preventing injuries that are yet to manifest themselves.

I used to buy it at Walmart in the US when I’d cross the border to grab spice for work.
thats out if the question now.
