Also thinking of adding Bpc 157 tb500.
So you have injuries?

As for supplements. In regards to what? What are you trying to supplement?

I could give you my health stack if that's what you mean. What are you currently running?

No injurys other than nerve flinches and nerve issues, that's why I am thinking peptides.

I am on liver support, calcium, vitamin d, fish oil

Have you tried massage therapy for the nerve issues, or do you have a medical condition?

What are you hoping a site specific tendon healing peptide and a systemic anti inflammation will do? Sounds like physio would be Best. Id be very weary of hammering needles in near damaged nerves.

Liver support as in?

I take
7g omega 3
1g citrus bergamot
1200mg nac
500mg tudca
600mg potassium
Kirkland multivitamin gummies because holy fuck they're tasty
81mg aspirin
150mg p5p atm
3g curcumin
I think 4000iu vit d
400mg ubiquinol

Might be more. I plan on astragalus root and berberine eventually.

I also bon hcg with the trt and an anti estrogen

No condition, but intention tremors

Goals to drop a little body fat see if the abs will show up lol

Okay so clean up for diet and forget the gear. I just cut down 20lbs over 16 weeks with diet and exercise.

I have read IGF1-LR3 and Bpc/tb 500 are good for nerve repair
I've only seen studies on Achilles tendon repair in rats. One thing is that this compound is meant to be administered(injected) as close to the damage as possible. Not sure if you've ever hit a nerve with a pin. But yeah, could be a fun experience for you. Though if it can help that's awesome. I've had some issues in my neck for years after a car accident

I personally would not rely on gear until you can clean up your diet..you won't see the results you want otherwise

The LR3 version has a half life of over 20 hrs so it is more systemic and an abdominal sc injection works with IGF1-LR3.
I have used Bpc sc to good success, but I have not tried the Bpc/tb500 combo, but from what I have read it is great for nerve issues

I do eat quote healthy, but could definitely clean it up some.

Thanks for your input!

Def use Berberine if going the GH route.
