100-125g meat depending on the cut
90g of home made cesar salad
1tablespoon omega 3

Well your workouts are like doing a marathon.
You need to shorten then to about 1 hour max, and add 30min of light cardio.
As for carbs, just like abmonkey said, pick your with low glycimic.
If in time, with everyone's advice you can't drop weight then you might need to look into paying for help.

Well if you do drop sets, or rest pause on all your sets you won't be about to do so many sets.Doing about 3-4 exercises 4-5 sets on every ex per body parts as heavy as possible with pyramids and to failure

Then if you stop loosing you can either increase cardio by or decrease total cals. You always want to be eating as much as possible and dropping the weight.
