Hi guys prep for my power meet in November, 12 weeks out gonna run some guardian pharma I have a coach that does all my programming but interested to see what happens with strength/size In the next couple months 👍😆 I’ve ran 1 other cycle with gd a year ago and had some good progress . I’m just going to document week to week what I notice for yall

wks 1-12 500 mg test e per week
Wk 3-12 1 nolva and arimidex every 3 days
Wk 8-12 Dbol 40 mg every day
Halo pre workout as needed
Mk677 20 mg last 25 days
 
Squat 550
Bench 345
Dead 600
this is my first meet using knee wraps so will be fun as you can squat roughly 50 lbs more with them depending on experience type of wrap , maybe load 600+ 😀

On your cycle I am wondering why you are not using tren during your cycle. I would load tren at the back end of the my cycle say 6 weeks out at 300 to 600mg a week depending on how you handle tren, tren ups my strength and intensity significantly. I would also be loading anadrol at the back end of the cycle as drol made me brutally stronger. I would go 100mg to 150mg a day for the last4-6 weeks.

I was involved in power lifting and competed from 45 years of age to about 50\51. My totals were bench 429, 575 squat and 615 deadlift. Our numbers are quite comparable. The test is fine but I would go to up to at least 1gm weekly ... halo never seemed to had the effects it was suppose to have on me. How I got totally jacked for the meet was about 24 mg of ephedrine... that always got me totally intense and very quickly

Looking forward to following, when I first started going to the gym it was with my buddy and the group he powerlifted with, seen some big numbers get moved and alot of medals amongst them.

Keep us updated and best of luck at the meet when the time comes

Then again try what you listed and see how you make out. So how many week out are you? What is your planned program up to the meet, if you don't mind sharing?

so I’ve decided to use anadrol instead of dbol.
I’m 11 weeks out today! My coach does all my programming for me but as this block I’m doing..

Day 1 squat sleeves, close grip bench and accessories
Day 2 is Deadlift and accessories
Day 3 wrap squats , pin squats to depth sleeves, pause bench with 2” block
Day 4 Tng bench , pause deadlifts, stiff leg dead

he updates my program week to week on how my Rpe are and what works every month it’s different

Program looks quite intense. When do you just start working on the main lifts with out other accessory work? I know this is not your first meet ... How many have you competed in and how do you like them? Did not mean to be pushy with the drol but damn it jacked me up the last 6 weeks normally.

Slowly closer to the meet I’m guessing 6 weeks out still lots of rep work right now and variations to work on the weak points . This is gonna be my 4th or 5th meet I believe
 
awesome... it is fun. I found all the powerlifters share what they know with you. They very helpful in sharing and idea on technique. The ppl who you are competing with even cheer you on in your lifts. It is great.

Jacking that test up higher would be nice
About 1250 of sust a week would be sweet and maybe some test suspension the last 10 -14 days thrown in there.

I know you said you are sensitive to tren
I feel your pain. I get every side effect you can from it. I hate it but it is a strong compound.
150mg a week can be a good boost and you won’t likely experience sides
 
@3ml you are right a low dose of tren may not bother him and may give him a big boost in power, The test elevation I agree with too. Can't comment on the sust have not used it. Only side I got from tren on 600mg a week was night sweats and insomnia ... I never slept much anyway.

I think it would be worth a shot and with Ace if it doesn’t agree with him, it will be out of him in no time

imo 150-200mgs of tren is sufficient to notice its effects

As far as the sust, I love it. I find it gives more kick than Cyp, enan because of the short acting esters I jt

I am going to have to try sust ... and your right on the ace ... will ne out of the system in no time.
