Howdy fellas,

I noticed that posting an introduction is encouraged so I wanted to add my own introduction.

Started taking the gym seriously 5 years ago and had my ups and downs from there. I’ve been all over the place with my weight trying new things. Started out at 153 pounds, shot up to 195 and then I wanted to try my first serious cut and took myself down to 165. With life’s ups and downs I let go of myself and sat at 170 for a bit while trying to find the groove again and slowly we’re back up at 177. Not bulking or cutting right now, just trying to eat good and work out good to form a solid base, and then from there I gotta prepare for the grand re-entry. To restore myself to my former glory, and beyond.
