Roasted green tea, a Japanese staple, could boost cognitive performance

I do like green tea when i need a little boost while cutting, it works quite well. I'm not a coffee drinker and its often times too strong for me.
 
I have tried multiple variations of green tea and I like the taste but it makes me nauseous unless I sip on it while eating. Based on all the claims for health benefits and it's cost I figured why not try it. It is in some of the best 'supplement' classes for inflammation.
