Quick intro and my Journey since august 2022

I posted this on CJM, and decided to post it here too since I am a new member.

Got back into the gym in august. I used to train seriously before that and was in « ok » shape. After having my kid back in august 2019, I didn’t really train and got fat as fuck. I was a lazy piece of shit. I decided back in august to get back into the gym, and to stick to it. I didn’t go through any specific diet, I tried to go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week. I had shitty weeks, but I sticked to it. I am 30 years old and started at 222-225 if I remember correctly. I dropped down to around 200 back in december and now am at 210. Man, it has been a long journey, but the time and effort has paid, and I am glad to being back in a okay shape. All I can say is going back into training has got me into a more discipline lifestyle and staying away from bad habits. Plus, the mental sides benefit from training was something that I missed. I hope to never go back to being fat again, and sure bad weeks will happen again, but key is bouncing back quickly and shake it off. (My personal opinion)

My physique is nothing exceptional, and I am okay with that. Just the feeling of not feeling fat, and being in a good mental space is enough for me.

Great transformation. Did you do this with food, training and rest or did you use PED's as well? Not that it changes a damn thing in your accomplishment but PED's make it easier to hit goals. If you did, what did you use? Some PED's make are better for weight/power/retain more water vs. lean muscle. Curious what you chose and why.

Like I said great transformation in your physique!

Yes I did. I got back into training because I wasnt feeling good overall, nor in my skin. I also suspected low T since my libido was trash and I had problem keeping it up lol. Maybe it wasn’t that and mostly was due to stress when sleeping with a new girls. I could sleep with a girl I already slept and had no issues, still I didn’t had that libido drive. Being someone who has an excessive personality, I had some gear in my closet and convinced myself it was due to low T and decided to start. I told myself though before starting to go consistently for 3 weeks.

After 3 weeks.
EQ 400 mg/wk
Test E 500mg/wk
I did add Tren A at 200 mg/week for 8 weeks at the end.
Anavar 40 mg for about 4-6 weeks

Of course after reading and learning about PEDS, I realise it was stupid to start that high without getting bloods. Plus, I did to go the gym but I lacked of discipline in my diet from times to times. Which is kind of stupid on my part, but hey I learned. For the most cycle, I was feeling really good. Had morning wood, libido drive, agressiveness, but in a good way. I wasn’t a hot head. I was in control of my emotions for the most time, besides those last 2 week of Tren. The mental sides from tren for me was I couldn’t let go of things that bugged me. I had to talk to myself, and journaling my thoughts to help me. After that cycle, I didn’t really want to come off due to being scare of low T. I decided to cruise on only test before my next blast. I cruised on 200/250mg weekly.
