Psychobiotic diet: Could kimchi, kefir, or kombucha lower your stress?

If you want lower stress take 600mg of ksm66 ashwagandha every day for 1 months. It's been shown to cut cortisol in half in studies. Which is basically unheard of..
 
Another great post @Bagua - So much of our health is related to our gut / digestions health. There are dozens of analogies but don't think any are needed.
After taking antibiotics any doctor worth a F should tell you to take a good probiotic when your done.
Digestive enzymes should be part of your supplement regimen a few times a year, at least I think they should be. That being said - sauerkraut, yogurt, and lots of fermented foods may be just as good. They do so much for inflammation as well - Wobenzyme is as good as some NSAIDS for specific arthritic pain.
Prebiotics and probiotics albeit not the same/ digestive enzymes / fermented foods are great for your overall health.
