I'm planning my next blast it's going to be a cut, 10-12 weeks, probably about 750cal deficit per day. I'm freshly 43, 6ft and 250lbs probably 15% bf I can see abs when I flex them, my gf says I have no fat to lose but I feel fat. My goal is 225 lbs, I'll probably drop about 10lbs in water so that gives me 15lbs of fat to lose in 10 weeks.


I don't want to go too high with the Tren because my gf is cool and I don't want to breakup. So I'm going to combine some NPP with Tren test and mast. I like to mix long and short esters for no good reason other than it provides an instant response on my blast with a nice taper up over the first 6 weeks or so and clears out a bit faster post cycle. I want to try just Sunday and Wednesday injections, I've never tried this with Tren a but I do it with prop and it's good. If I feel like it's too much sides I'll do more frequently.

Weekly.
Test 525. 200 prop 325 from c,e and d.
NPP 150.
Tren 125. 50 acetate 75 enanthate
Mast 225 50 prop, 175 enanthate
Total 1025mg
mixture of pharma, dracorex, and homebrew.

Cialis 5mg ed

4iu meditrope gh ed
125mcg t4 ed

5 day training split
Considering doing morning weights and evening zone 2 cardio

Ill probably make a weekly update log after I start.
 
We are in a similar boat age and stat wise so I'd say you'll be fine with that pin schedule. The E gives you a steady enough base and then personally I pin Monday evening and Friday morning so the time between is even enough and I get that short ester kicking in for the weekend.

I've tried the NPP + Tren angle but found it made no difference. I was still a šŸ˜ˆ so I just own it and run Tren Ace & E together, with Test and Mast of course.

And when I did this having NPP in the mix still gave me a bit of a soggy weiner after a while so any benifit NPP or Deca may have otherwise is not worth it for me when Tren makes me drill holes in concrete. Your mileage may vary.

Calorie deficit... those words make my spine crawl, ugh. Good luck!
 
Ive never got ED from deca, just find it difficult to cum sometimes with Tren hopefully this goes smoothly. My last blast had test NPP and primo for a bulk and I had good wood but lower drive than with Tren.

I haven't told her I use anything other than trt but I'm not the first gym guy she's dated and I'm pretty sure she knows what's up she just doesn't ask questions. She once said she understands what I'm doing and has no issues with it so I assume she was talking about gear.
 
Should lose 18 pounds of fat at a 750 deficit per day at 12 weeks. 1 pound is roughly 3500 cals. Deficit can be achieved through your meals or through burning the extra Cals.

Usually works for a rough estimate.

I would never run Deca and tren together imo. Recipe for side effects.
