However as the forum grows I know I need to losen the controls a bit

So now @Bagua and @Goldenrod have been granted the rights to ban

This would make them supermods
They also have the right to approve new members

That's all the control I can relinquish for now
I have every confidence they will both use these powers the same as I do
Which is a last resort when all else fails
