Yes, I meant that after falling off the wagon and REALLY eating carbs it takes me about five days to get back there.Interesting. I’ve read that muscle mass and energy expenditure in general plays a huge role. If I’m not mistaken some can even remain in ketosis while using carbs sparingly.. is that true?
I can keep in light ketosis when eating quite sparingly, about 25 grams or less in a day. (basically condiments only, I like HP sauce with my steak)
