You then select if your the sender or receiver and fill out the ticket and submit the ticket

Now when you fill out the ticket you can fill it out as the sender even though your the receiver
use your real information so they can contact you
do not worry about the contents of the package because your source would have packed it well in discreet packaging
your source is not going to do this because he rely's on your giving the correct address and once its in the Canada post system with the address you provided the ball is in your court to fix any issues you might have with say a bad address.
 
For the rest fill in the blanks and submit your ticket.
from personal experience this does sometimes work to resolve a delivery issue
