This happened to me about a month ago. I was charged for a 4th item, but only received 3 items and NEVER got my money back for the missing product. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me about the out of stock product, they just decided to mail me a box with 3 items. I emailed them, got nothing, called later that same week they told me I'd get my money back. I waited and waited, nothing. I gave up when they emailed me back 3 weeks later replying to my original emails. Anyone with this shitty customer service isn't worth dealing with to get back 20$ or whatever. I've had good experiences in the past, but they just lost a customer.
