Sweat to get Sexy - DNP Run with PGAnabolics

Been about 6 years since I did my first run of DNP (dnitro, 250mg crystal per cap). I got up to two caps and was walking death by about day 7, quit at day 10. I lost 14 lbs in 10 days plus another 4 lbs when the water dropped a good week after. Any one interested in that run can google
kibrood DNP (Virgin Run DNP is the thread title on Meso)

This run is with PGAnabolics' DNP - Powder 100mg per cap. Never done powder and I've read it's maybe 20-25% stronger? I can vouch for that.

Here's first week breakdown:

Starting WT: 247.8 lbs, BF% - cheese croissant

Day 1 - 3 > 100mg taken first thing in the morning.
- end of day 1 felt a little warmer, but couldn't tell if it was the DNP or the nicer weather
- end of day 3 I knew I was running hotter, I needed the ceiling fan and window open to sleep

Day 4 & 5 > 200mg, 1 in the morning, 1 at night
WT: 244.2 lbs
- constantly hot, not burning hot, but I've got a very thin layer of sweat on me almost all day
- if I exert myself in any way I start dripping - absolutely soaked during BJJ, Muay Thai or lifting
- breathing is starting to get affected, I've used my asthma puffer a couple times if I exert myself (talking the dog for a walk, carry yard waste to the curb, etc)
- I'm starting to get a little lethargy during the afternoon

Day 6 & 7 > 300mg, 2 in the morning, 1 at night
CURRENT WT: 241.2
- For some reason in my head I thought I started 200mg on Monday which is why I made the early bump in dose (it must be the tiredness)
- I will now sweat for no reason, if I laugh or something makes me anxious - Niagara Falls. I now carry a towel with me all the time.
- I sleep with a CPAP machine, I need to take a puff before bed otherwise I find it hard to breath through the mask and I can't fall asleep
- I have the fans going all day at my gym, A/C on in the car no matter what, every ceiling fan in my house is on
- This all sounds terrible, but I can manage this, I'm not at walking death level

So almost 7 pounds down in a week. I eat very clean - I use the Renaissance Periodization Diet Templates - but my macros have been the same since the previous week. Training hasn't changed - I do a strength and power program for BJJ/MMA.

My water intake is around 7-8 litres per day which means I'm pissing all the time. I'm taking Vit C, D, E, NAC, Fish Oil, Electrolytes, and a Multi

So far I am impressed with PGAnabolics' DNP. It certainly is the real deal and powder is definitely stronger that crystal. Service and turnaround was excellent and the product is nicely put together and capped perfectly.

Hopefully this info is useful so far. I will post another update after a few days running at 300mg. I'm going to stay here for a little bit longer than the other dosages and see what kind of weight loss I can get from it.

Stay tuned....

I ran 300mg for a total of 5 days
- by the end of those five days I didn't feel the heat that much. I would still sweat more than normal during a workout, but other than that, nothing more than what I felt when I first started. I decided to move to 400mg

I ran 400mg for 7 days
- The heat got turned up a little from 300mg
- I started sweating a little more during sleep
- My breathing during sleep through my CPAP is still difficult
- a bump in carbs would cause a waterfall to occur
- I'm starting to feel lethargic during the day but it's manageable

I bumped things up to 500mg and that's where I currently sit
- feel warm to very warm all day
- I'm sweating through my pillow, turning it over in the middle of the night doesn't help
- I had to change my macros and bump my carbs (lowered fat) as I was starting to get the odd bout of hypo (a snickers bar corrected the random crashes)
- I taught a class last night and I was sweating more than the members...and I wasn't doing anything
- a this dose my GF won't swallow anymore, she says it tastes terrible now. I can still finish in her mouth so I'm cool with that LOL

I have dropped approx 15 pounds in about 3 weeks with no changes to my workout, cardio, and food other than changing my macros. Others have commented that I look leaner and even I can see the overall changes (I am my worst critic). I'm sticking with 500mg for the remainder of this run. Any more sweating or hypo symptoms is a no no for me.

I ran DNP once, it was back in 2013, I don't remember the dose i took or for how long, but it wasn't a lot, i never take a lot of anything. It was about 4 to 6 weeks or something like that. Anyways, it was the worst thing I ever did, when i stopped i was so sick. I puked and I had to take a day off of work because I had a migraine, l have never felt that type of pain in my head ever and I slept all day long. It was like I had a withdrawal from it. It definitely made me leaner. Did this ever happen to you?

500mg a day to me is an insane amount to take. If you guys can tolerate that much then good on ya.. but be careful.

200 a day is all I'll take. and I get great results. Albeit a tad slower. I used to have the raw powder which I prefer. But now I've got 200mg capsules. I'll take one a day only.

I'd never sacrifice my well being over looking good. Some may that in itself is an oxymoron by virtue of taking DNP at all.

I personally dont think 500 is crazy. Its high for sure not crazy. I go lower cause i work construction and time is money so i cant afford to be lethargic.

For me 400mg is a max but 200mg a day gives great results in 3 weeks if I can control my sugar cravings and exercise at least 3x a week. I overeat easily and instead of gaining 10lbs of fat from all the eating I just maintain and feel shitty for wasting time. There’s definitely a learning curve in terms of diet and daily life adjustments so it’s good to make mistakes when you can afford to lose that time. With 200mg I have to change my T-shirt 4x when I sleep. Throughout the day it’s comfortable as long as there are no heat sources around me and I’m immobile.

Dnp for females of childbearing age is a different ball game entirely. Reproductive issues are a possibility so it’s imperative that women choosing to use this chemical are not having children or not having any more children.

The sides you speak of aren’t uncommon and could be due to a whole host of factors ranging from simple dehydration to something more complicated.

It’s not for everyone and one must exercise caution when choosing to experiment with it. Most dangerous is the drug’s long activity causing it to increase in your body even when you think you are taking a stable steady dose. That or increasing doses too fast and not allowing for the body to adjust properly.

Found this from another source. The formula is correct so the number that corresponds to the days and accumulation are correct.

After experimenting with 500mg I would never do it again. The lethargy was insane. I had absolutely no energy to do anything. I feel asleep doing work at the computer regularly - even passed out and smacked my head on the keyboard. I started dozing off mid sentence during an interview I was conducting. LOL

Breathing became laboured. Sleeping with my CPAP was next to impossible because of it.

At the time I knew it was bad. But once you come off and recover boy do you realize what an idiot you were.

No more than 200mg for me.

DNP is no joke. There's a reason why it's been banned for ever.

I don't care what anyone says 500mg a day is stupidly dangerous and completely unnecessary. Unless you're walking out onto the stage to compete in a months time it's stupid to even consider taking that much, even under supervision.

Just because some say they can tolerate it, doesn't mean they should.

Man your lucky you never got siriously hurt from running that, your body was shutting down. I don't doubt dnp does work but 15lbs is not worth the health issues.
Half of what you were running with a calorie defecit and cardio would of done the same job. Or even better.

I wasn’t aware PG made any products. PG is a supplier only. Just thought I would clear that up.

I disagree

I agree with you. Proper diet with a calorie deficit and some cardio and no one really should need it. It’s the guys walking around at 15-20 percent body fat that want a easy solution that results in 500mg a day of DNP. Completely unnecessary and stupid IMO :)

All the 15-20% guys gotta do is wrap there body in garbage bags, throw on 2 sweaters and a touque and hit cardio 2-3x a day and 14+ lbs will melt in 3 weeks

The hard part for them is eating clean and being consistent. Anyone can eat a high protein diet and put back the carbs. It’s weighing everything out and being displined. It’s the same guys who say that Masteron didn’t do shit for them. Unfortunately these guys abuse other things to try and make up for the lack of self discipline. This is how I see it.

Same argument can be made about using steroids.

I could also could argue that people jump on gear way to soon. IMO unless it’s doctor prescribed TRT enhancements should only be used once genetic limitations have been achieved.
