Your pre / intra / post supplements

Intrested to see what everyone takes for their workout. Lots of different opinions and ways to do it. But this seems to be working best for me now.
30-45mins before- pre jym, 20g hbcd, 5mg Cialis
Intra - 20g hbcd, 30g canadianprotein intra keto(EAAs)
Post- 30g protein Isolate, creatine
 
Preworkout about 1 hour before I eat a full dinner, so like 3/4-1lb of meat, salad and maybe rice
then about 20 min before I drink coffee

intra - gatoraide g2


post - if I’m gaining I’ll eat 5 egg omelette with cheese, big handful of nuts, fibre and bed

this is I’m bulking, on a cut it’s different.
 
Pre: Nothing usually. Maybe I'll pin 50mls Test base or Superdrol if I want some attitude.
Intra: EAA/BCAA/Creatine
Post: Gatorade G2, food
 
PRE
- 2 shots of expresso

INTRA
-Water

POST

-2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites
or
-Protein shake with a mix of: 1 scoop whey + 1 scoop organic vegan protein + 1 scoop bone collagen + creatine

30-50 carbs from COR
15G Natty PB
1 TSPN cocoa powder
1g pink Himalayan salt
2g no salt (potassium chloride)
50g whey isolate vanilla
Any preworkout gear (test suspenion/orals)

20 min before
1 serving of Preworkout. Stim or no Stim
5g creatine mono
10g beet root Powder

INTRA (this is the fun part)
20g Eaa
30-150g HBCD depending on workout and goal
5g creatine mono
5g taurine
3g.pink.himalayan salt
4g no Salt (potassium chloride)
2.8L alkaline h20

post
50g whey iso vanilla
5g creatine
10g.glutamine
5g taurine
3g.pink Himalayan salt
100mg caffeine
1-3 cups frozen blueberries
20-100g carbs from no fat vanilla ice cream
Added skim milk to desired texture

45 min later
50g protein 50-100carbs trace fats from..
Chicken and rice or chicken wraps or tuna sandwiches or kraft dinner and tuna
 
I guess my answer is on the boring side. Pre-workout I eat cream of rice, some berries and nuts, and a little protein powder mixed in. I hate stims other than a few cups of coffee. Still wait 30-60 minutes after the cream of rice before I hit the weights or heavy bag.

Post-workout I eat my main meal and make sure I am getting a minimum of 60 grams of protein from real food.
 
Pre
I eat a reasonable (not big) meal about 1.5 hours before lifting
1 large coffee

Intra
10 grams EAA
10 grams BCAA

Post
5g creatine
5g taurine
20-30 grams gluatamine

Than 20 mins later 25 grams whey isolate



Man... I can't stand how all the people on social media calling themselves personal trainers and giving advice that say one of the suplements that you shouldn't work out without is pre work out stimulants.. And all the video's of "kids" dumping a scoop of prework out direct into their mouth etc.. In all honesty, pre work out stimulants are not the reason you progress at all.. But the way these people talk and the advice they give, they say pre work supplements are an absolute nessicary..

All I registered was KD and Tuna … yeahhh budddyyy
 
My pre workout is batch 27, love that shit and I try to mix in another pump product which contains no caffeine as I don't want the jitters lol
