What’s your best look? Post a few pics. You can post your cycle for the look you achieved and the time the diet took

For me, my best condition was at an NPC NQ event. I used 400 mg cypionate, 50 var, an old OTC fat burner and halodrol.

I’d say I dieted and trained for this from anout mid December to April 3 or so. I started off in pretty bad condition. I had taken time off and was not really lifting

Damn, just insane conditioning with the most minimal gear use I've seen so far.
 
I think after this cut, I might do a proper bulk and then see what I can build
Yup, do not worry about being a tad overweight for one year man....You will thank yourself...You will grow like a maniac after depletion and rebound, then carefully add on mass for a whole year or more in stages as you go...Believe me it works....I spent many a year with a little extra fluff and i did well with that methodology, as do most others.I no longer need to build extra fluff and stay large with new baseline set point...
.Dont rely on all drugs, do what you can with diet and cycled planned training cycling drugs at a lowish dose for all off season, then crank it up a bit during prep. But eat more than you are accustomed to building up over time, not just all out eat fest, let your body get accustomed to new set points.
You have the fortitude for certain it is very apparent, You look good, but you can go from good to great IMHO...

This is good advice. I think the new year might be a good time to grow. It’d be interesting to see what I can do with a bulk and then a cut but I’m not sure the pics I posted did me justice in terms of most muscular or muscularity.
