I'm taking this idea from another board and find it really good.
High bp is a silent killer, so be sure to check it often.

Also every things you do to keep this in range could/should be add in your post to help each others.

Right now : 117/67 HR 68

On 500mg Test/300mg DHB, no real cardio
Supps used : Fish oil and 6.25mg Cialis ED

So what's your BP today?
 
500 test, 400 tren a week

I can’t use orals without being in the 180’s and get nosebleeds constantly.

I don’t take fish oil or any BP meds currently.
I do cardio daily

Maybe add 8-12g of fish oil daily could be benefical and/or add cialis low dose ed to help dropping this down. Ain't the best for the long time run

Hybiscus tea works to drop you by about 10 points if you drink a cup every day.
The higher the bp the more it drops. If you are like me and in the mid 120’s it only drops me a few points.
Must be drunk every day though for us to work.
Tastes great cold so I make it to steep before I train,

I miss when I was young even after 75 mg of ephedrine I’d still only be 115/65, lol

I have been increasing my cardio, the new garmin fitness watch they bought me has told me that as far as my cardio fitness goes in in the bottom 50%. But it did say my health age is 45, so 2 years younger, but doesn’t name me feel better because most 45 year olds are in shit shape.
