What is your pre workout supplement/diet routine?

5mg of cialis... but that can really be taken anytime of the day.
If i really feel like going all out some bcaa's with my water.

Sometimes i go the creatine routine...

I once did 1mr, back when it had that chemical that is basically ecstasy... dimethyl-something or other... that was like 12 years ago, i remember only being able to bench 3 reps at 225... i tried that and i was just counting my reps... 11 holy fuck... 12 im not even tired.... 13 im gunna be sore tomorrow... 14 this might be a bad thing.... i got home and didnt even make it to my bed i was laying in the doorway, felt like complete shit... thatwas the end of premixed preworkouts for me lol

you went from 3 reps @ 225 to 14 reps? Ya that didn't happen.
 
I remember it, it did indeed. Ill prob never forget it, it changed my idea of a preworkout forever.
Its when it had Methylhexaneamine in it.
Dirty stuff. Im glad it was banned

My workout back in the day was 15,12,8,4 in reps per set and if i could do more then 4 reps i would do a 5th set. I can think of many times where things "kicked in" and i just added rediculous amounts of reps or weight in one go... i remember my squat went up 40 pounds from the week prior... it was like in week 3-4 of my first tren cycle...
I mentioning this on 'ology' when it happened, some people actually said they had the same response with their squat on tren.

Back then i remember being upset, i thought i was the only person on steroids. I would see a guy bench, squat, whatever, more then me and i would just think
"Man i suck, im cheating (doing juice) and yet that guy can lift more then i do."

But yea, there are multiple times i can think of where i would add mad weight or extra reps/sets on a workout, compared the week prior.
Now a days, because an small tendon injury, i dont go above 5 sets. I will only increase the weight one time each workout
But there were times i would do more then 4 reps, so i would increase the weight and do more then 4 reps again and increase the weight for another set, sometimes do it again... id do 6-7 sets total sometimes, for one workout.


I should also add, which probably makes a huge difference. I dont use a spotter usually so i dont push it to the limits, if i feel like i def can do another rep, i do, if im unsure i rack it... so when im feeling confident or cocky and just wanna push i may put in a couple extra reps just cause im willing to attempt them when normally im not... could be the difference for some of the times and or reps

O and when i would take dbol i add taurine. When i add taurine and or creatine i just mix it with my NAC and have it as a pre, when if im not taking creatine or taurine i just have my NAC whenever in the day.
I tried beta alinine before, insane tingly feeling in the face, but its for nitric oxide and cialis helps withthat too so no more beta alinine, which is a good thing, the tingly feeling creeped me out.
 
100grams glycerin, 20mg anadrol, 15g citrulline malate,20g arginine, 800mg CoQ10, sometimes a sugar free monster and or a mouthful of tic tacks intra-workout. I train fasted usually and avoid sugar, its amazing how much 20grams of sugar mid workout pushes a increase in pump. Cialis works great as well. The pump is the cure
Do you use liquid glycerine or do you have a supp I am having a hard time finding glycerine
 
How does coq-10 helpwith a workout?
800mg is a lot, sounds expensive lol. I take 200mg a day but never thought of it as a preworkout supp before?

Glycerin or glycine? Canadian protien.com has glycine


Cause glycerin is just a sugar alcohol, not ususlly eatten but a base in moisturizer if i remember correctly

And glycine is an amino


Ook actually maybe it is glycerin, i just noticed the 100 grams part lol. Whats the benefit of glycerin as a preworkout?

I don't take PWOs, I just eat a good meal about 45 minutes before training and that works good for me.

But I'll take EEAs and a little HBCD for intra workout.

Can anyone on this thread attest as to how pink hamalayan sea salt mixed in your pre workout is beneficial for work out

I'm pretty stimulant-tolerant and use to rely on pre-workouts with "kitchen sink" ingredient lists, pretty much everything under the sun plus 400mg caffeine. These days, I'll just have a coffee and ensure I'm hydrated. No real difference in workouts, but I feel way less jittery after.

Post-workout, protein and carbs of some sort. Nothing too regimented or exotic.
