There is something to be said for ability to draw from internal adrenaline etc. opposed to introducing it to the system. I have not ever used them, not caffeine etc.
One will become in a stste where it is required sooner or later to do work. I just read up a bunch on this topic and theres some real truth to the research as well.

Preworkout should be more about muscles and blood flow. Not a head rush of caffeine like most people think. There are lots of supplements that are beneficial for preworkout that arent gonna burnt you out. As stupid as it sounds creatine does work. Yea I agree I used to drink coffee or take caffeine pre workouts they're still good but I like karbolyn the best. Citrulline malate AND arginine? They are essentially the same thing. those are some crazy doses, You must be 300+. Have you tried replacing the arginine with beta alanine? That makes more sense to me.100grams glycerin, 20mg anadrol, 15g citrulline malate,20g arginine, 800mg CoQ10, sometimes a sugar free monster and or a mouthful of tic tacks intra-workout. I train fasted usually and avoid sugar, its amazing how much 20grams of sugar mid workout pushes a increase in pump. Cialis works great as well. The pump is the cure
