Mine is very basic just 25g of Karbolyn half hour before workout and another 25g during workout. For anyone who isn't familiar with Karbolyn it is just carbohydrate powder 50g per scoop made from potatos and rice.

Zero Pre workout, intra workout or post work supps for me. Other than some food pre and post work.

There is something to be said for ability to draw from internal adrenaline etc. opposed to introducing it to the system. I have not ever used them, not caffeine etc.
One will become in a stste where it is required sooner or later to do work. I just read up a bunch on this topic and theres some real truth to the research as well.
Just My opinion and i will see if i can find the info i was reading a few days ago.

Preworkout should be more about muscles and blood flow. Not a head rush of caffeine like most people think. There are lots of supplements that are beneficial for preworkout that arent gonna burnt you out. As stupid as it sounds creatine does work. Thats just one of many.

Yea I agree I used to drink coffee or take caffeine pre workouts they're still good but I like karbolyn the best. I notice a huge difference in strength and muscle endurence with propper blood sugar levels

Good point. I always think stimulants, but very correct protein can be viewed the same.

Double espresso shot now works like a charm and no crash afterwards.

Used to be heavy on pre-workouts but I quit after a few sleepless nights and feeling like shit the next day.

100grams glycerin, 20mg anadrol, 15g citrulline malate,20g arginine, 800mg CoQ10, sometimes a sugar free monster and or a mouthful of tic tacks intra-workout. I train fasted usually and avoid sugar, its amazing how much 20grams of sugar mid workout pushes a increase in pump. Cialis works great as well. The pump is the cure

Citrulline malate AND arginine? They are essentially the same thing. those are some crazy doses, You must be 300+. Have you tried replacing the arginine with beta alanine? That makes more sense to me.

I cant lie that sounds like a fun gym session for sure lol

I usually have a pre workout shake with almond milk and now that I'm not doing keto I use oats and 2.5g arginine and 2.5g citrulline, I'll only use pre workout if I need a boost but not every workout, I have found with the addition of the arginine citrulline I get good pumps in the gym

When I finally decide to run the Tren e from my stash I may pick up some test/Tren suspension for a pre workout kick
