Hi @PGM - if you look at two of the meals they are small and super quick. One is PB and a protein shake, and one is just cottage cheese. Even the cream of rice and protein powder pre-workout is easy. It is my breakfast, post work out meal and supper I try to make sure I get a good amount of calories/macros.
I use to eat 3 times a day with 2-3 snacks and wasn't growing. Considering a blast for me is adding 150 mg of Primo or Boldenone to my TRT, I have to rely on food to grow.
