I've only ever used ephedrine for loosing weight on an ec stack and hated it! Dropped it and justed upped the caffeine. Obviously you find it effective as a pre?

I do as well. Ephedrine taken pre work out with caffeine is like putting your caffeine on steroids.

Shouldn't be used long term tho. Not good on the heart for obvious reasons

I don't even like caffeine for pre.. Their is only one pre I like but I don't think it's worth the money

Yeah its not something everyone likes.
I enjoy ephedrine more on a full stomach, not while depleated. Then you really get energy.
I don’t use it much now, but when I do it’s like 12 mg, so 1.5 pills.
Not like the old days where we would take 75mg, lol.
My thought is, in moderation it’s likely no more harmful than caffine.

@Cheapshot i 2nd mudvanye- happy, been a top fav for many years. Not falling is right there with it.

That’s stuff just makes me laugh. When they grunt at the start, the longer, the better the song will be, lol.
I guess I’m more of a ”soft rock” guy.
I tried but I could never get into it.
