Hi everyone, sorry for the late reply. A little about myself, I'm from N.S., been working out on n off since high school. Done a few cycles in my 20s, 30s and now being 44 just want to educate myself on ped/supplements and nutrition. Im 5'11 215, fairly lean.I've always found it hard to eat enough, as soon as I feel bloated I back off. Glad to be here, thanks.
