Hey all, thanks for having me. 35 from Ontario. Former athlete whos been lucky enough to move into a career involved in strength and athletics. First run was around 20, have been on and off for the last 15 years, these days have shifted to TRT and just general health to enjoy life and watch my kids grow up.
