Hey all! Thanks for the welcomes! I'm a former 24yo fatass from Alberta whose been training for 5/6 years now. I've occasional been on this site here and there as a lurker but decided to finally make an account! Mainly made an account because I was trying to click on a link and got pissed off I couldn't see anything. Hope some of you more experienced folks can help me learn a thing or two about bodybuilding in the coming years!
